State Assessments: Spring 2025
Testing Window Opens
The Spring summative testing window for students in Juab School District is:
Monday, March 24, 2025 to Friday, May 16, 2025
Students in grades K-10 will participate in required state assessments throughout the window.
The purpose of state testing is to allow our students to show what they know and can do. Results from statewide assessments provide our district, as well as parents, the public, the Legislature, the Board of Education, and teachers with a standardized source of measurement information about student proficiency and growth. This information, in combination with other locally collected data, helps us to evaluate the effectiveness of school programs.

March 3, 2025 - May 9, 2025 Juab High School will utilize the testing window to administer UA+ during the regular daily schedule and under the supervision of the regular classroom teacher for that content area. Check with JHS for specific dates. |

Parents wishing to exclude their student(s) from any state test may file an elementary or secondary Parental Exclusion form with their student’s school principal/office. Parents must file a new form each year. We respectfully request 24-hours notice to avoid exposing students to an excluded test. Please contact your student’s school for information about class and grade-specific testing schedules.
